Therapeutic Sound Bath

1:30 - 2:30 p.m.  Therapeutic Sound Bath with Cynthia Moon.  She will start with a guided meditation to set the tone for the sound bath. Upon setting your personal intention during this reflective session, you will immerse yourself in the healing vibration of crystal bowls. During the sound bath you can experience deep relaxation, inner connection, and healing. It is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself in a way that brings a deeper understanding of ourselves and others. Allow yourself to be engulfed by the sounds of the bowls as we come together to raise our personal and collective vibrations. Upon completion of the sound bath, she will guide you back to the presence.
