About The Event
Tai Chi Session is free with paid fair admission, 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Fair runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
John Cosma of Stella Luna Counseling and Wellness will lead a Tai Chi class using the Silk Reeling Skill. It teaches the practitioner to coordinate the whole body in a smooth, round, even manner harmonized with the breath.
