Sound Bath

Join Cynthia Moon for an hour-long therapeutic sound bath. We will start with a guided meditation to set the tone for the sound bath.

During this reflective session, you will set your personal intention and immerse yourself in the healing vibration of crystal bowls. You can experience deep relaxation, inner connection, and healing. It is an opportunity to reconnect to yourself in a way that brings a deeper understanding of ourselves and others.

Allow yourself to be engulfed by the sounds of the bowls as we come together to raise our personal and collective vibrations. Upon completion of the sound bath, Cynthia Moon will guide you back to the presence. The session will conclude with an integration session about the sound bath into your daily life. $30.00

In-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street).

Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden and visit the fish pond.
