Yoga is 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. for $20.  Stay for the Numerology Class from 11:15 to 1:15 and save $5. Numerology is $25, enroll in both and pay $40.

Michelle has dabbled in Numerology since the early 90s, but in 2019, she experienced an awakening to Numerology through mystical experiences that lead her to study and learn how numbers play a role as a life path navigational tool. Now as a numerology enthusiast, she helps others with these mystical frequencies!

In Numerology, you will learn that the Universe is one big playground, which opportunities are for you and which are not. Just like the planetary alignment at the time of your birth creates your star chart, your Life Path Number indicates the constellations of numerical frequencies that make up the alignment in your numerology chart.

With a proven track record over a span of 37 years, Michelle has received recognition as an expert in the field of Yoga and healing. Having conducted the Yoga therapy classes for the Cleveland Clinic's scientific study in 2000 entitled, "The Impact of Yoga on a Chronic Pain Population," Michelle demonstrated how Yoga can be a therapeutic tool for a range of physical and emotional challenges. Michelle taught for the Clinic employees for over 5 years, including during the time she operated her own double Yoga studio in Middleburg Heights, OH. She is certified by Kripalu Yoga and Health Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy, among others. She self-published a book on Yoga and healing in 2014 to further demonstrate the deep benefits achieved from practicing Yoga.

This event is in-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street).
