Experience a mix of breathwork, guided meditation, music, and affirmations as we pause our daily lives and focus on the present moment. Reconnect with your essential nature, your higher self, and your spirit. Please bring your yoga mat or sit in one of our chairs. Beginners and advanced meditators are equally welcome. Relax, let go, refresh!
In-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street).
Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden, meet the chickens, and visit the fish pond.
