Meditation and Sound Bath with Sonic Alchemy. Experience the feeling of being held in sound. This is an hour-long meditation practice with sound healing instruments. Physical injuries can be healed. Old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed.
In-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street. Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden, meet the chickens, and visit the fish pond.
