Full Harvest Moon Ceremony

This Full Moon is often the nearest Autumnal Equinox, earning the title of Harvest Moon. You may also hear it called Corn Moon because this is when crops are gathered at the end of the summer season. At this time, the moon appears particularly bright and rises early, letting farmers continue harvesting into the night.

Science knows the moon’s strong gravitational pull causes the changing tides in the earth’s bodies of water. Human bodies are about 60% water. Many believe the moon also has some control over our bodies and emotions. A Full Moon can make us feel overwhelmed and emotional and make it difficult to sleep.

This event is in-person only at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street).

Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden, meet the chickens, and visit the fish pond.

Tickets are now only $5. Payment will reserve your space. Often the number of reservations determines if an event will be held. Thus, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event.
