15 week Yoga Therapy Class

This event is in-person at Harmonic Journeys, 1292 Summit Avenue, Lakewood, 44107. Additional parking at the corner of Clifton and Summit at Lincoln Elementary School (about ten houses down the street).

Class content is based on the experience of the participants. Multi-level is no problem. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, an open mind, and any other equipment for comfort, such as a bolster/firm cushion/towel, Yoga blocks, and/or a washcloth to put over your eyes. Please come fragrance-free; some people are allergic.

Single classes are $15.00. Drop-ins are welcome. Keep in mind that consistency is paramount in gaining the most benefit from the practice of Yoga. Space is limited, please reserve your spot by Wednesday.

There are a total of 15 classes; if you purchase five classes at a time, you will receive $5.00 off each set of 5.

Outside if weather permits. Enjoy the garden, meet the chickens and visit the fishpond.

Payment will reserve your space. The number of reservations determines if an event will be held. Thus, payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another event. Refunds if the class is canceled. 

With a proven track record of 37 years, Michelle has received recognition as an expert in the field of Yoga and healing. Having conducted the Yoga therapy classes for the Cleveland Clinic's scientific study in 2000 entitled, "The Impact of Yoga on a Chronic Pain Population," Michelle demonstrated how Yoga could be a therapeutic tool for a range of physical and emotional challenges. Michelle Yoga studio in Middleburg Heights, OH. She is certified by Kripalu Yoga and Health Center and Integrative Yoga Therapy, among others. She published a book in 2014 to demonstrate the benefits of practicing Yoga.
